Pours a clear red, some amber highlights, small off white head forms, settles to a ring, some lace spots. Smell is sweet, some caramel, floral, bread, quite malty, not bad. Taste is similar, some toffee, brown sugar, floral hops, simple but decent. Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied with low carbonation. Really not very bad, if I see this I'll drink it if theres just swill on tap. Not a bad pint for macro.

Above average for this macrobrewery. Some pronounced bitter herbal hop and average malt character, light caramel, a tad of roast. Amberish with lasting white head. Not a bad drinkability, drying aftertaste. Not a bad mouthfeel, but aroma is too alcohol.

On-tap at a bar we just decided to go into. Mick's Red is one of those falsely advertised beers that leads one to believe their drinking something Irish, when their really drinking Labatt's. Pours a ruby red, with a thin layer of foam for a head. Their is a very thin sheet of lace. Smells fruity, malty and sweet. Almost candy like. Tasted alright, actually. Malty, bit of grassy bitterness, and some sweet candy fruits. Ach, I know what candy it is, but I can't remember the name of it. Jolly Rancher. That's it. Mouthfeel was dry, and overall dull. Drinkable? Yeah. Sort of the best choice of bad beers in crappy bars. And I think it was their best offering their. They had a special tonight. Tall boy cans for three bucks. I think I made the right choice.

Good looking red-brown coloured beer, but without any kind of head or lace.

No meaningful aroma and pretty thin and tasteless on the palate. Offered up a somewhat nasty, bitter-dry and metallic mouthfeel.

Nothing really attractive or interesting about this one and the mouthfeel is a turnoff. Pass.

On tap at Eggspectations in Montreal.

Presented as a deep ruby red brew with a thin white lace. Aroma smelled of raspberry Jello. Light bodied, kind of weak, noted of metallic, artificial sweeteners, more fruity berry-like Jello, with a thin underlying bitter edge. Finish was dry-ish with an awful bland aftertaste.

A horrid beer, but what interested me wat the logo on the pint glass. It was a direct rip-off of Pete's back in the day. Bah!
