A - Pours a motor oil black with a fizzy tan head. The head fades fast leaving some oily lacing.
S - Aroma is coconut, caramel, and milk chocolate.
T - The taste is caramel, vanilla, coconut, milk chocolate and graham cracker.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp finish.
O - Well done pastry stout. On the sweet side, but the flavors are well balanced.

No head to be had with this brew. Heavy notes of caramel, coconut and cocoa. To date, one of the sweetest beers I ever tried to drink. That knocked the score down a little. Feel is flat, thick and oily. But at 11.7 APB I had to bump that score up a notch LOL
Save this one for a desert beverage. I know Pastry Stouts are on the sweet side but this one blows the top off the scale.

Untitled Art s newly arrived to this market, lets try a Pastry Stout. 12oz can pours out very dark brown with a tan head. The nose and taste on this one are hard to describe as beer-like and are really more like a milkshake - chocolate, caramel, and coconut all abound. Slight chalky body with a touch of warming but not much really, this is all sweet dessert stout.
