Will it stop to flow out of the bottle? Even after the first pour, the foam continues to break out.
If the name wouldn't suggest I wouldn't think this is a dark saison. It's more of a hoppy dubbel. It's balanced between the dark fruits (dates, prunes, figs), some esters, clove mostly, and a herbal and floral hop presence. Great complexity and drinkability.
