A: Pours a slightly cloudy medium to dark golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate copper + burnt orange + golden yellow + apricot + peach colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at th edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of pale malts with moderate amounts of candi sugar sweetness. Moderate to strong aromas of light fruit (white grape + pear + apple) ester sweetness as well as moderate spicy/peppery yeast along with some hints of bubblegum. No perceptible hop presence.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of pale malts with moderate amounts of candi sugar sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of light fruit (white grape + pear + apple) ester sweetness as well as moderate spicy/peppery yeast along with hints of bubblegum. Finally there is hint of earthy + spicy + grassy hops. Light to moderate amounts of lingering light fruit + spicy yeast flavors.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth with moderate alcohol warming in the finish.
O: Drinks fairly easy with decently well hidden alcohol considering the strength though slightly over carbonated in the mouthfeel. Enjoyable with traditional flavors + aromas.
