This small beer was run through our coolship where it was infused with fresh grapefruits, oranges, lemongrass and rose hips, and then fermented with a blend of 2 yeasts. The result is a light refreshing beer with layers of complexity.

A: slight haze; pale gold in color; 1 finger white head that receded to a wispy cap; light lacing;
