This is a beer made with "nagaimo" AKA "long potatoes", a type of potatoe that Hokkaido is somewhat famous for.
Ingredients: nagaimo, malt, barley, EKISU hops
Bright and yellow, slightly cloudy from floating particles (nagaimo?). Light head and lacing. Smell is a bit sour, with some flowery hops.
The taste is remarkably like Abashiri's Kelp Draft I tried last nite. It's medium on malt body and light on hops. The taste is by and large tangy, with an earthy, hoppy aftertaste. Lively medium-level carbonation makes it quite drinkable.
