Pours a green color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of limes and other fruits. Taste is on the sour side and not bitter at all. Crisp and dry.

330 ml bottle in Utoro (near the brewery at the edge of the Shiretoko National Park). BB dated 20 Oct. 2018.
Pour is a lime-tinted, green body, clear, with a faintly greenish off-white head. Very good retention.
Aroma: mixed herbs: quite pleasant.
Flavor: as odd as the color and rather minty. A touch sweet up front and mildly bitter by the finish. Faint hops. High complexity; good balance excepting the mint which, while not strong, is too strong given some of the more subtle flavor components. Improved modestly and changed as it warmed a bit.
