12oz draught at the brewery 9-21-23.
1" white head on a clear, clean golden body. MInimal aroma...just a hint of powdery/perfumey yeast. Light spice and yeast in the flavor. Light body with medium carbonation and a clean finish. Drinkabilty is good and a nice pairing with the fried chicken. Okay to Good.
