Slightly hazy amber with a thick head. Enticing citrus & pine hop nose. Medium malt body with a very strong pine hop finish into IPA territory, hence the 50 IBU. Slick mouthfeel. A little too hop-strong IMO for an APA.

Deep golden hue with an off-white head that leaves lacing all the way down the glass. Aromas of pine and citrus and a dank catty note (classic ācā hops) balanced with a sweet, crackery malt backbone. Flavour is much the same, with sweetness and bitterness perfectly balanced. Refreshing, easy drinking, and delicious.

Sample at the brewery: Clear amber with low activity. Flavors of barley, pears, caramel, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with a good crisp. Medium strength finish, thick maillard feel and slightly leafy. Great freshness and nicely spiced. Overall very good quality craft.
