This is our take on a true Belgian Saison. It hits and highlights all the right places that are synonymous with the style while still being easy drinking! The aroma touts lemon and a light peppery nose. The palate pops with a combination of fruity and spicy characteristics brought on by the yeast and hops and is balanced with soft, complementary malt notes. All of this fades gently with a crisp dry finish that is once again true to style. The name comes from where this beer is best served, shared with fiends at the table over a tasty meal.

Pale yellow color. Strong, effusive head. Strong yeast fragrant. Mellow refreshing flavor. Similar to a cider, minus sweetness. Strong effervescence. Good palette cleanser.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 4/10/23. This batch is listed at 5.8% ABV.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a light haze and a nice effervescence. Head is a thick finger of frothy ivory foam; I like it.
Smell: lightly sweet, wheaty malt, with a very classic farmhouse funk. Earthy, rustic, and enticing.
Taste: a little sweet and wheaty, like the aroma, with a hint of tartness to the funk. Not sour, per se, just a little bit of sharpness. Also like the aroma, quite earthy, with a light but notable bitterness. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: while there is nothing in this beer that strikes me as super original, I think I like that about it -- it's a very classic, earthy, funky saison. I'll gladly drink plenty of this.

Clear yellow gold brew with the briefest mustache of foam in the snifter. Light and spritzy on the tongue. Lemony and spicy flavors enliven the warm malty taste. Cereal and a stemmy finish. Light but distinct Belgian yeaster character. Overall this is entirely drinkable and nicely flavored. Persistent citrus into the aftertaste with a bit of a bitter scratch. A more lively carbonation would have made this one a winner. From the 16 oz can purchased at Central Market in Shoreline. Dated 4/10/2023 so it was on the truck, into the cooler, and home with me the same week.

really cool to make it into this brewery to drink some ales, i so appreciate what these guys do, think they are relevant on a national level even despite them not getting that kind of attention yet, so the whole experience was a real treat. this table saison is well made and drinkable, but having had some real impressive saison and funky types from these guys, i was hoping, maybe selfishly and unrealistically, for a little more from this. its pale and bright straw colored, short and short lived patchy white head on top, not quite clear, but light looking in the glass still. the aroma is a little farmy, but to me a touch bacterial too, tangy and lemony, lactic but not sour necessarily. i get some earthiness and grassiness too, wheat based but delicate, minerals, lemongrass and lime notes, but not hoppy in a modern sense, this remains somewhat classic to me, and the taste is similar. there is some tartness, but its clean and pretty quick finishing. the yeast has some mild white pepper spice, and there is a green tea layer here, not overly complex but definitely that perfect combination of rustic and refined. i think overall i just wanted it to be more different, more distinctive to these guys specifically on the ferment, and maybe a little more carbonated and perfect objectively. if this came from almost anyone else, id be like heck yeah, but from these guys, i think it doesnt stand out among their saisons, much as i did of course enjoy it. these guys are good at everything too, which is crazy, they can (and do) do it all!
