Pale yellow somewhat cloudy pour with a white cap and spotted lacing. Sweeter grains with lager malt, lemon zest, grass and pressed dried flowers make up the aroma bouquet. Taste is much the same with a bready and pale accent to it, pleasant but short lived on the palate. Feel is thinner and paler than most helles, breadiness is muted by the mild grassy hops. Solid crusher and debut

This is Hatebreed's collab brew with Witchdoctor Brewing from their home state of Connecticut. This one has been out for quite some time as I remember Jamey and the band posting about it, but I did not run across it until a few weeks back and figured I'd have to give it a shot
Pours a cloudy pale gold with 2 fingers of white head that fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose is just about what you'd expect for your standard lager, but the simplicity really draws you into this one. I'm picking up on aromas of sweet grain, fresh baked bread, light grassy hops, and a touch of lemon
In taste, the delicate balance is a bit lost on me, feeling a bit too heavy handed with some elements, but it's not bad by any means. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting light pepper, doughy malt, and lemon. The swallow brings notes of doughy malt, light herbal hops, and sweet-ish grain
A light medium body pairs with mild tingling carbonation, resulting in a beer that's crisp and refreshing, if not a bit bland. Finishes mostly dry but a bit too sweet
This was pretty good overall, but just a standard simple lager that doesn't do much for me. I can get much better import or local lagers but this was worth a shot

16oz can from Halftime. Clear golden with a thin, tight white cap. Bready, grainy aroma, biscuity. Taste is crisp malts and a smidge of hops. Clean , flavorful, a little tingle on the palate. Well crafted.
