16oz can poured into a snifter.
A: Dull yellow color with an opaque and uniform haze. Two finger of white head show excellent retention. Sticky webs of lacing.
S: Floral and grassy, notes of white grapefruit and mild lemon pith. Tangerine and passion fruit. Soft peppery. Dry and crackery malt base with a whiff of wheat and dough.
T: Orange juice up front. Flashes of white grapefruit and lemon pith. Grassy, floral. Mildly peppery hop spice. Oily with a brush of clamping bitterness and pine toward the back end. Some yeasty chalkiness. Malt base brings some dough, but also a distracting husky grain impression. Wheaty too. Recovers toward the drying finish with a return of tropical hop notes of passion fruit and tangerine.
M: Medium bodied. Mild fluffiness, round and creamy. Some enamel-raking astringency. Moderate prickling carbonation bites in just a bit.
O: This one is a little uneven. The hop profile is there. There’s great depth to that, ranging from pine and oil to orange juice and bright tropical notes. That part is great. The grain base, however, brings a harshness that’s distracting. A few minor tweaks and I think it would be a really great beer.

Look..light yellowish brown. Pretty hazy pleasant color. beerlike
Smell...citrus , hoppy, grapefruit, very nice smell.
Taste...I like this beer so much. For 5.9% this is just awesome and am not a fan of most sessions but this one....
Sour grapefruit hop thin juicy finish.
Feel...Ample carbonation with a prickly finish. Inviting
Overall... So well made. These guys make great beer. An american ale that i think really stands out to me. Reminds me a little of Pseudo Sue but fresher and a little better for my taste. Enjoy if you are local.

Hoppy, funky, dry finish, good carbonation and feel for a pale ale.
