Look...Dark as the night sky. with a foamy chocolaty tan head. lovely
Smell...Faint roasted smell...faint hop
Taste...nice and roasted sweet undertone of chocolate...letting it warm up a little bit...8.2 % alcohol on this one. Did not notice til now that it is listed on BA as 6% WRONG. A little sweet bu a nice balance of enough bitterness. Its a sweet stout so...it a little sweet
Feel...silk and nice and probably its best attribute. full ...gotta get this up in temp out of the can to enjoy its nuances
Overall... i am lucky to have this brewery so close!!!. Just really well made. I like stouts so i am easy and would love to try more of their on offs. They already make great IPAs but this is def nice too

16oz can from the brewery. Pours a very dark brownish black with 2 inches of frothy light brown head. Sweet aroma of vanilla, fudge, toasted malts, chocolate syrup and toasted coffee. The taste is fudge, chocolate syrup, vanilla, toasted malts and cola. Vanilla, fudge and earth at the end. Medium to heavy body with a velvety mouthfeel.

Pours midnight black, nearly impervious to light. Minimal kakhi head. Nose is faint - mostly roasted malt. Creamy and sweet, gobs of fudge and chocolate dominate the palate. Vanilla shines through - delicious. Thick and creamy, pretty full bodied. Outstanding beer!
