Pours a cloudy light pink color. Light aroma of strawberry with faint cherry and peach. Flavor is predominantly strawberry with some slightly tart cherry and a nice peach finish. Carbonation is appropriate. Overall a very good variant of the awesome Blender series.

L - pours a pink rosé purée. Looks a bit like sangria. A ring of grapefruit juice-stained head lingers, with a thin film of swirling yin/yang bubbles in the center.

S - smells like strawberry kiwi smoothie. Hint of pineapple (or maybe I'm just remembering Blender Cherry Pineapple). Mashed peaches and cranberries.

T - more of that strawberry banana kiwi fruit combo. Up front is all creamy fruit salad sweetness with a touch of sea salt on the finish. Neither the cherry or peach are particularly known, but the cherry does serve to add some balancing tartness to take away from the Yoplait strawberry yogurt flavor. The peach adds fleshy and rindy feels. Finishes with that berliner lemony salt twang, but overall very yogurty in sweetness.

F - the Blenders continue to be soft and creamy with a meaty, fruity thickness, particularly for this style and ABV.

O - less dimensional than some of the heavy hitters a la Raspberry or Boysenberry, but that's because of the meek fruits used. It does give off strong strawberry smoothie vibes and does a great job being delicious without too much tangy bite.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at New Park Brewing, West Hartford, CT
Canned on 11/6/19
Served in a teku

Big thanks to my sister Vanessa for grabbing me a few cans of this.

The beer poured a cloudy, lighter pink hue that reminded me of guava juice. A thin, fizzy, bright white film topped the body, but it quickly dissolved. No lacing whatsoever.

Strawberry notes dominated the aroma. Freshly picked strawberries came to mind. Really fresh and bright. Fairly sweet but also pleasantly tart. Hint of peach or apricot as well. Overall, quite simplistic but very enjoyable. As the beer sat, the peach notes became slightly more noticeable.

The flavor was also super strawberry forward. Like the nose, the strawberry notes came across as very fresh and natural. Nice balance of sweet and tart. The Berliner weisse base made its presence known in the center. Touch of lemony acidity. Subtle stone fruit notes were also detectable, but I definitely would not pick out the peach (nor the cherry, for that matter). More tartness on the back end and the finish.

Solid mouthfeel. Medium bodied for the style. Crisp and fluffy on the palate. The liquid contained a fine, fairly spritzy effervescence.

Strawberry is always a difficult flavor to showcase in a beer, but Blender Rollup did it perfectly. Although the peach and cherry notes were practically undetectable, this was still a terrific beer and a valiant effort to recreate the essence of a fruit rollup.
