An American Pale Ale brewed with huge amounts of flaked wheat on top of a base of pilsner malt. We used Citra in the whirlpool and 100% Nectaron for the dry hop. Light and refreshing with flavors of cream of wheat, followed by white peach, passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit and lemon zest from the Nectaron.
