On tap at the brewery on 9/23/17 served in their signature tulip glass.
Look- A radiant slightly hazy pale yellow with a finger of soapy white foam. A little lacing is left behind.
Smell- Passion fruit, mango, pineapple, rubber and drank spicy weed.
Taste- Passion fruit, pineapple, orange zest, mango, rubber and some floral spice.
Feel- Very light and pillowy with a slight hop bite in the finish.
Overall- A super worthy NE style IPA in Colorado? Who would have thought? On par with our Midwest offerings and could run with some of the East coasters. This beer and place is worth checking out.
