L: typical NE IPA look. Orange/passion fruit coloration. Head dissipated rapidly, but some lacing remains. A little more pale and desaturated than other NE offerings
S: not much fruit smell to it, mostly hops
T: as expected from the smell, not much juice. More hop forward. A smooth, refreshing brew. Slight bitter aftertaste.
F: slightly astringent, good carbonation
O: I dig it. If the mango/passion fruit juiciness turns you off these NE IPA’s this one may be for you. Much more traditional hop attitude to it.
