Pale yet bright yellow body, soft and cloudy; fine white head, dense and creamy. Fresh fruit aroma like recently cut orange and lemon. Soft and mellow flavors; lemon bread; dry white wine; a modicum of powdered sugar; a hint of bitterness. Heavy body; soft and creamy; a bit of alcohol dryness.
This is nice and subtle NEIPA. The beer exhibits Nelson Sauvin hops in a tasty and delicate manner. Nice balance and depth to this cloudy IPA...

Tasted in a snifter from draft at More Brewing Co. on October 12, 2019. Brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Columbus hops. Look is hazy. Smell is fruity. Taste is juicy.

Had on tap. Shimmering hazy yellow body with a finger of eggshell white foam. Citrus bomb! Has peaches in the nose too, fresh grassy hops. Taste is very lime and grapefruit, with the rest from the smell supporting plus melon and a kiss of papaya, forward with grassy and dank hops crescendoing to the finish, but nothing too strong. Bright, hazy, more delicate, and airy. Good all around

Pours cloudy gold after a vigorous swirl of the dregs. Thick head with nice duration and lacing. Peaches with faint orange and grapefruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a creamy, soft mouthfeel. Pithy citrus juice on the palate. Grapefruit with unripe peach. Finishes very dry and a bit chalky with lingering citrus pith.
