Slightly hazy straw color with a soapy white head. Decent retention, good lacing.
Aroma of lemongrass, cracked grains, white pepper.
Tasting notes of lemongrass, white grape, cracker, honey, a faint nuttiness of possible malted oats, green pepper flesh. Hint of sweetness, snappy dry finish, pop of bitterness on the finish but it does not linger; the dryness cuts it off.
Medium feel, slick and slightly oily, moderately carbonated.
An excellent pilsner. Very influenced by old-school German and Czech pilsners but with a slight new-school approach. Well done.

On tap at the brewery with a game of gin rummy. Major carbonation upward motion for a while. Smooth. Head lingers.

16oz can with no freshness dating. Opened 8-20-20.
2+ finger white head. Dense foam with a tight bead. Excellent retention, carries a head of minimum half inch the whole way down adding to the experience.
Golden straw color with a what looks like a slight unfiltered appearance. Thick, fresh lacing sticks to the glass.
Pilsner malt, lightly bready base. Hop aromas of lemon, grass, herbal spice. Some minerality is noticeable as well.
Lightly sweet malt, honey and bread dough followed by the same lemon and herbal zesty hop flavors from the nose.
Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Crisp mouthfeel. Dry, zesty finish.
Extreme drinkability, fantastic pilsner.
Outstanding.

Pale straw yellow body; incredibly lively carbonation; thick and rocky white head. Beautiful esters exuding notes of fresh pear and honey dew melon. Unobtrusive light malt grain base with a mild fruitiness and nicely balanced hop bitterness. Light body; crisp and sharp on the palate; semi-dry mouthfeel throughout the tasting experience.
This is a wonderfully balanced and complex pilsner. Its highlights are the light and delicate fruitiness on the nose and tongue. A very fine beer...

L:. Pours a brilliant pale straw yellow with a nice frothy white head and thick lacing around the glass. Very nice looking pilsner.
S:. A nice bouquet of Noble hops greets the nose, and then gives away to baked bread, a little bit, hints of lemon. This pilsner smells very inviting.
T:. A bouquet of floral hops, some hints of lemon and orange, fresh baked bread, a hint of but. This is a very nice drinking pilsner.
F:. Light and very easy drinking. Great warm weather beer.
O:. This beer was made for drinking several on a nice summer day.
