Clear, golden body; moderate carbonation; thick head, white and with a fairly dense sudsiness; long -lasting with a gently rolling and creamy textured top. Mildly dank aroma; a dash of pome fruit-like esters; cantaloupe. Fine, balanced taste; light malt base with a moderate hop bitterness; delicate cracker; earthy herbs like thyme and green cardamom. Medium bodied with a rounded feel; crisp and dry.
This beer was recommended to me because I like Russian River's 'Blind Pig'. This isn't too far off, but I am now desirous to do a side-by-side. Regardless, this is a very nice west coast styled India pale ale; balanced with a nice overall complexity.
ABV: 6.4%; pouring temperature: 35.2 ℉; canning info: 09.10.25

Unusual copper brown color for an IPA. White head dissipates to a ring around the glass with foam on the surface of the beer and lacing on the glass. Simcoe, mosaic, and citra hops impart a nice aroma and flavor, giving it a faint citrus flavor and bitter finish. Decent west coast style IPA.
