16oz can with no freshness date. Opened 8-23-20.
Huge 3 finger white head. Compact and fine bead, dense foam. Outstanding head retention.
Bright orange-gold, not murky or what I'd call opaque but definitely foggy with low visibility.
Thick and clingy early lacing. Sticky sheets of lacing left behind.
Orange, citrus nose with a spicy (clove), yeasty undertone. Light bubblegum.
Citrus and pine on a hefty and bready base. Citrus peel/pith/rind-like lingering bitterness.
Full body, medium low carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with some heat from 8.5%.
Strange but unique combo...NEIPA body and mouthfeel, Hefeweizen yeast/IPA hop nose, and close to WCIPA level bitterness.
Very Good.

16oz can at share. Hazy golden pour, spotty head. Light fruity aroma, musty, ripe. Taste is more sweet, fruity flavors with light Belgiany notes. Dry.

Tangerine orange body topped with a thick, sculpted and semi-creamy white head. Notes of biscuit and oats on the nose; a little pine-like with some estery notes. The taste follows along the lines of the smell; mild citrus overtone; some alcohol underpinning. Heavy body; smooth but with some boozy sharpness; semi-sweet mouthfeel.

A nice, well-produced imperial NEIPA.
