16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.

Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy bright yellow with 1-2 finger white foamy head with good retention and solid lacing.
S: Aroma is high in green fruit, lemongrass herbal, and white grapefruit notes. Dank weed edge is more prominent. Esters are low.
T: Flavor is very good with high-intensity melon, white grapefruit, pith, pine resin, mild diesel, and blueberry. Bitterness is low-medium. Esters are low overall and fruity.
M: Medium body with moderate carbonation and full finish
O: Outer Range Steezy DDH is a stellar hazy IPA.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 12.30.24
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, guava, peach, nectarine), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, guava, peach, nectarine), pretty nice diesel like. Medium Body, ABV is hidden very nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer. Orange Julius! MilkShake! Addictive!

Appearance: Arrives a cloudy goldenstraw with a two finger head; quality lacing
Smell: Papaya, peach and blueberry tones
Taste: Papaya and peach forward with a white wine grape flavor developing; grapefruit pith bitterness, in the middle, with a blend of the sweeter and bitter elements in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Interesting contrast between the Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hop profiles though it is as much of a battle as it is a dance

No brew date, just a batch number on label.
This pours a bright, pale and hazy lemon yellow sporting a tall, stark white head of creamy, craggy foam that left sheets of pocked lace behind as it slumped.
Aromas of grapefruit and lemon meringue pie, hints of mashed grains add some depth to the pungent citrus blast.
More "beery" malt smells push through on a swirl in contrast to all that Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin dry hopping.
The flavor is less balanced than the nose as citrus character dominates to the exclusion of any malt heft or complexity.
Sharp, tongue biting alpha acids scald my mouth. Not over hopped - under malted and/or over attenuated.
The "creamy softness" of unfiltered starches do not add mouthfeel and offers no depth or body to offset the one note citrus medley.
Dry, abrupt finish with a harsh, bitter alcohol and grapefruit aftertaste.
This lacks most of what I look for in an IPA.

My first Outer Range beer. This one was loaded with white grape and grapefruit. It was pretty dank. The thing that stood out was the creaminess. Great mouthfeel.
