Clear, golden body; plenty of carbonation; thick and lasting head, dense, creamy, and lasting; thick rings of foam cascade down the glass. Strong herbal aroma; a touch of papaya and berry. Nice, balanced flavor; underlying biscuit and bread crust flavors with some grassy and herbal tones; moderate hop bitterness. Medium body; coarse and prickly on the palate; consistent dryness felt throughout.
