Canned 10/27/23; drank 1/2/24 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE off-white head; frothy lacing remained.
Fresh bread & mild black pepper notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Wheat bread & faint pine flavors up front; a hint of ginger on the finish.
Complex for a pilsner, but also easy drinking. I liked this!

16oz canned 6-17-22, opened on 9-9-22.
2 finger white head with excellent retention. Yellow-gold with a slight haze, sticky lace left behind. Citrusy hop with a faint doughy malt backing in the aroma. Citrus and melon are prominent in the flavor on a clean malt slate. Medium body and carbonation, zingy mouthfeel. Nice bitterness and a lingering finsih with just a touch of sweetness. Very Good.

Crystal-clear medium gold body; lots of lively carbonation; fairly thick, white head; creamy and sticky. Interesting smell; a bit vegetal and vinous; white grape; a lurking sense of cereal grain. Excellent bread crust backbone flavor infused with a light, dry white wine undertone; very mild bitterness. Medium body; warm and dry on the palate.
