L - a lovely copper-amber see through hue on this west coast DIPA from ORB. Good head, lacing as it descends the pint glass, but not its strongest aspect.
S - pine forests, weed, a little tropical breeze, and more forest floor. This is a nicely balanced old-school meets new-school double that really is west coast.
T - Beta's strongest suit here; really leans into the old school pine forest floor bitterness so many of us like, miss, or seek out. Just a touch of new hops to balance out the old school pine-wood-forest to give it a bit more tropical balance. Well executed, not hot, balanced as hell.
F - good mouthfeel, palate attack, and does have a "grassy lawn clippings" first feel to it, good CO2 load but not overly foamy. Nice. Deft. Finishes dry.
O - one of the better west coast DIPAs I've had from Outer Range.
