Not sure if I’ve put this in the right category — I want to say they were advertising it as a Norwegian strong ale, which looked interesting and different amidst all the ipa’s — so I took a shot on it at the tap room. Totally delicious in a smooth and kind of mellow but still rich way. Almost a creamy body, lots of warm toffee, complex malts, and maybe a lit whisper of peat. It was so crowded that I just bought a 4 pack (of one of their ipas) and got back on the road, but I wish I could drink this one again.
