Copenhagen 11/12 2025. 47,3 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. A cowboy trying to tame a horse on the can.
Pours unclear opaque golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a patchy and a bit lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a zesty scent of citrus fruit with a touch of pine. Peach and apricot. Lemon and lime. Resin.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, kind of flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not exactly a wild horse - but a fine well balanced NEIPA.
