"India Pale Ale" with HS17701, Calypso and Helios hops. 6.8% ABV.
Sweet citrus (yuzu from HS17701), melon, apricot, juicy pear.
A nice experimentally hopped IPA, but the hop profile needs some dialing in...the disparate fruity flavours never amount to a gestalt cohesive whole. Pleasant and drinkable nevertheless.
