Pours a chill haze pale yellow with small white head that falls fast no real lace.

Aroma is citrus and pine, orange, tangerine, grapefruit all riding on light bready malt base.

Taste is nice pale malts citrus that's lighter then the nose but grapefruit, tangerine, pine mingled in the finish. Also has some earth notes in the finish mingled in the the bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium crisp peppy carbonation fits the beer.

Overall a pretty good West Coast style.

16oz canned 6-24-24, opened 8-9-24.
2 finger rocky white head with very good retention. Golden body with some chill haze. Sticky lacing.
Sweet fruit and pine. Hard to pin down as citus/tropical/stone...maybe best described as fruit salad aroma of sorts. Pleasant doughy undertone.
Fruity flavors with not much balance.
Medium body with low medium carbonation...sweet finish.
Rare miss from Outer Range (at least for my tastes). 6 weeks old, I don't think age is the problem but maybe?
Okay.

Pours an amber color that is not quite clear. On closer inspection it's zillions of bits in suspension. A brief foam in the Copper Kettle goblet. Aroma of orange. This is weirdly sweet. Hops are not very bitter, but the orange peel taste is suspiciously like a NEIPA. More citrus in the nose, which is actually the best feature. Juicy with some astringency. Unpleasant earthy aftertaste with acidity in the throat. I don't know what is going on here, but it seems like all the wrong moves for an American IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased on the West Coast. No date.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and lightly piney hops, orange, tangerine, a little pineapple and pine. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and dank hops, grapefruit, orange, vague tropical fruit and a touch of pine. Moderate citrus rind bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A solid West Coast style IPA that leans more to dankness than the very fruit forward orange aroma and the pine element is subdued. I liked the hop bill, but the bitterness level was rather dialed back for my taste. Nicely brewed, but not too exciting.
