Copenhagen 19/3 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken webshop. White can with a little blue pictogram with a mountainous skyline and a setting sun.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Setles as a thin patch layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented for of over-ripe stone fruits mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit. Sweet stone fruit in a state of disrepair and fermented alcohol. Rough sour grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a boozy touch.
Ptent and sweet DIPA with a fermented touch.
