Copenhagen 8/12 2025. 47,3 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Blue can which looks like an advertisement for a community of people who appreciate the wilderness.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head Stable. Settles as an uneven, lumpy layer of foam managing to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent citric scent. Sweet peach and a hint of mango. Right touch of passion fruit. Grapefruit and lime. A touch of resin and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium's strong sweetness flowed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
I would drink this in any Summit!
