Copehagen 9/12 2025. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Strange motif on the can which looks like a crevice in a pale all. A band across the can tells me it's a Limited Edition.
Pours unclear - almost opaque hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a rather strong odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a mote subtle citric scent. Sweet peach and mango. Whiff of passion fruit. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Tart and citric with a dry finish.
