Copenhagen 26/2 2026. 35,5 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Close up of coffee plants with fruits and seeds on the can.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head- Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet vinous odor of dark fruits and malts mingling with a more subdued coffee bitterness. Raisins and plums. Brown sugar and dark alcohol. Coffee and dark chocolate. Potent and rich.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, soft, viscous, creamy, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and boozy at the same time. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Heavy and heightened state at one and the same time.
