-clear, golden crowler pour with a thin wisp of foam that dissipates immediately.
The aroma is tart with apple and pear notes. The flavor is similar to the nose. Tart sumac, lemon, sour apple and grape are prominent.
The finish is dry.
This is not complex but it is tasty.
