Our Pilsner is brewed in the German style to be snappy and refreshing. We used the finest noble hops and German malts to provide light floral notes that meld into a crisp finish.

Clear sparkling light gold with a creamy white head settling to a persistent white film floating in the center of the surface with a creamy ring around the edge.
Smell is floral, grassy and herbal with buttery lemon curd, sweet and smooth.
Taste is corn, green grape, and even cherry with a hint of almond, turning to bitter lettuce root in the swallow.
Body is moderate with a full froth and a dry finish.

I tried this at the Willoughby brewery. It poured a clear yellow with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had some german malt bready presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with saaz grass like presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.

Poured from a crowler into a pils glass
A: Golden color, light carbonation bubbles and a thin head that disappears quickly
S: Wheat/malt/lightly toasted grains but not a lot going on
T: Like the nose a lot of malt, a bit of spice from the hops
M: Light-bodied, light carbonation, crisp overall
O: Nothing particularly wrong with this, no flaws, it just doesn't stand out in any way. Unlike some pils the purity of the ingredients doesn't shine, unlike some the hops don't shine... again no flaws just nothing unique
