Ordered as part of a flight at the brewery.
Pour is a light foggy yellow with a foamy white head. Smell is coriander, lemon, and spice, which I would imagine is curaƧao as explained by the bartender. The flavor is really heavy on the spices, with a dose of coriander in the aftertaste. This one has a light mouthfeel, airy, with good carbonation. Overall I was not a big fan of this beer, the flavor was just too overpowering, the coriander really came on strong. I would be interested in trying this in a can to see if the flavors mellow and blend better after some time.

Leave it to these guys to come up with a wit beer that starts to bridge the gap into an American, extra flavored version. I like it.
This bier pours light pale yellow with fine bubbles. The aroma is strongly of yeast and hops. The taste is a great balance of bitter and bitter. Not much tart. It works.
Highly recommended.

16 ounce can into pint glass, no can dating. Pours fairly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon/orange peel, coriander, peppercorn, clove, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon/orange peel, coriander, peppercorn, clove, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light peppery yeast spiciness, herbal/grassy/spice bitterness, and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon/orange peel, coriander, peppercorn, clove, pear, apple, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance; and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.6%. Overall this is a delicious witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the mellowly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and well balanced between all flavors. Coriander is a bit on the strong side, but I didn't mind it. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Light aroma of lemon and creamy sweetness. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin white head. Light bodied, lemon and coriander notes come through in the beginning, with a mild sweetness. Overall, it's a decent wit beer, that would work well for a summer sipper.

16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy light golden with bubbles racing upwards; creamy eggshell white head that slowly falls leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are subtle, but nice. There's a nice amount of lemon along with some hints of clove. The flavors are clean, crisp and refreshing. More citrus leading the way. Subtle hints of banana. Black pepper in the mix. Malts and wheat are balanced and do their thing. Finishes clean. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's light with active carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a really nice witbier. It's a solid traditional example of the style. Once again, it's very clean, crisp and refreshing. Well crafted. Enjoyable stuff. It's probably even better than my "numerical score" might indicate.
