A bold Belgian-style ale brewed with a Trappist yeast to create a beer rich with fruity esters, but still supremely drinkable. This is the perfect brew to down before carrying your axe into battle.

Slightly less than a fingers worth of fizzy crisp off white colored froth... Color is a yellow gold loaded with carbonation throughout... Big inviting nose of hay, Belgian yeast, candied sugar and a touch of butterscotch... Palate is as expected but all the flavors are a bit too muddled for my liking... Feel is medium bodied and pillowy... Loads of carbonation and suds from sip to swallow... Very nice easy drinking g beer that goes down easily bit falls a bit short of a true Belgian... I wish more brewers would try it rather than cranking out more IPAs...
