Clear gold with a mild, creamy white head leaving an array of sticky lace--I'd easily mistake this for a Miller Lite, not a Strong Ale!
Aroma is very mild with a faint hint of spice, while taste takes you on an interesting yet balanced experience that's sort of like Stone's Mocha IPA with a bit of Serrano heat on the back end. The tequila barrel isn't used to great affect, as it only gives a slight herbal presence and a hint of vanilla.
This has a big soft froth, a medium body and a semi-dry finish.
