We brewed this beer to recognize the hard work and long hours that brewers put in to keep everyone supplied with the good stuff. Sometimes, that means your manager walks by on a Friday afternoon, looks at a giant fermenter, and says, "Yeah, that'll need to get transferred to the brite tank on... Saturday." "You mean tomorrow?" "Yeah, I guess that is tomorrow."
Saturday Transfer is a New England IPA brewed and double dry hopped with a bunch of Mosaic. Expect a soft mouthfeel and bitterness paired with a huge tropical hop flavor and aroma. Thanks for drinking our beer!

Pours a deep yellow, light head; pulpy. Aroma is bright citrus; orange slices. The profile is straight juice. Grapefruit, orange with a touch of stone fruit. Fishes slightly tart. Very well done

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a dull shade of yellow and is turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
It has a nice citrus and pine aroma. Grapefruit seems to stand out.
It tastes just like it smells. Citrus upfront with pine and grapefruit in the finish.
Medium bodied and mouthfeel
This is a tasty, grapefruity NEIPA. It sure is going down fast.

16 ounce can, canned on 12/06/19. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like citrusy (grapefruit, mango, orange, citrus peel) and piney hops, along with some bready malt. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of a bit of melon and berry flavors too. Nice bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and a little coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I think this is a good, enjoyable NEIPA. Definitely worth picking up. $17.99 a 4-pack, surprised this made its way down to Columbus!

Received as an extra in a trade. Nothing like getting a 3 month old hopped beer as an extra.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice hazy golden hue with a good one finger white head that faded slowly to leave very light lacing and a creamy thin blanket.
S - Aromas of flashes of tuti fruiti bubble gum, some juicy citrus, decent amount of malts and crackers. Finish is rather herbal. Definitely smells like an old ipa that had all sorts of promise when fresh!
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Nice juicy citrus and grapefruit peel, albeit rather pithy especially on the finish. Alcohol flashes in fairly heavily on the finish. Borderline fusel alcohol. Decent amount of old crackers too. Drinks like it's age with flashes of what it was.
M - Mouthfeel is crisply carbonated with a decent flash of alcohol throughout.
O - Overall this appeared to have been much better when it was fresh but unfortunately now it is a shell of what it once was. I'd love to give this another go with a fresh can.

Hazy sunset yellow-orange with a moderate creamy white blanket leaving tons of creeping lace all over the glass.
Smell is lemony cannabis and oregeno with some additional citrus accents and black pepper.
Taste is more bitter and sharp than one might expect for an NE IPA, but it's refreshingly so, with orange, Sweet Tarts and mild cannabis via a soft smooth body with a mild froth and semi-dry finish.
