Opaque neon banana yellow with a thin, bubbly lumpy collar.
Super juicy sweet mango pairs amazingly well with the light peppery dankness found here. There's still that sharp bitterness on the finish that many mango IPAs have, but it has a better, more well-rounded flavor profile, with a smooth medium-light body that has a fine fizz and a semi-dry swallow.
Wow, this is easily the best mango NE IPA I have had. These usually come out overly acidic, bitter and aspiriny--and this may very well have if given more time--but fresh, this is unbelievable.
