First time having this. On tap at Spunkmeyers in Wadsworth Ohio.
Exceptional depth of flavor for a DIPA. Masthead is really impressing me lately.
I had this in a flight with Hopslam and Voodoo Ranger Captain Dynamite and this blew them both away.
Great smell! Great lacing! Great finish.
I hope I can find this in cans at the store!

Poured out of a 16 oz. can into one of my tulip glasses, this beer pours a clear, medium golden/light copper color with several streams of little bubbles continuously and fairly rapidly rising to the beer's surface. Has a nice white head that's about an inch thick when first poured and that settles to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with a bit of lacing and some small swirls of foam on the beer's surface. Aromas of some bready, slightly toasted, caramel malt sweetness followed by dank, resinous, earthy, and tropical fruit hops. Has a very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready, slightly toasted, caramel malt sweetness that is followed immediately with the dank, resinous, citrus grapefruit hops with a hint of earthy spice. Not overly bitter, but the hop flavors certainly dominate the palate here. Has a crisp, slightly chewy and oily, somehow also fairly smooth, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. This one really coats the inside of the mouth and likes to linger for an aftertaste nicely after each sip. A very solid beer here indeed!

32 ounce growler
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours amber with a slight haze. It is topped with a couple inches of beige head that leaves decent lacing.
The aroma is dank with citrus and resin. It has some earthy notes.
The taste is dank and earthy. There is grapefruit and pine flavor. The finish is not that bitter though.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
This a solid Mid-Western IPA.

Canned 2/19/20
It’s a slightly cloudy orange gold with a nice amount of head. Good retention.
Smells fairly musty/earthy with some catty dankness along with some citrus.
It has some pithy grapefruit, mango, and a touch of apricot up front with a bitter, grassy pine. Some sweet malts creep in with some residual sugars and a little candied orange before the solid bitterness comes back around.
The body is soft, but fairly heavy. Definitely the worst aspect. It says 9% and it feels like every bit of it. I’d really like to see this beer in an IPA range of 7ish.
Pretty good beer. One of the most bitter I’ve had in awhile. Could easily be better though.

Somewhat non-uniformly hazy dull orange-yellow with a short puffy off-white head.
A spicy sharp hoppiness is dank and cannabic while also bringing that Triple Sec flavor and heat. The medium-full body is round and comes to a semi-dry finish, bringing out more orange liqueur and even flame licked peel on the exhale.

Canned on 8/28/19. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with nice clarity; creamy white head that falls slowly leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas have a nice balance between floral and citrus notes. Some tropical notes. Some bread and crackers. Malts are there. The aromas really open up as it slightly warms. The flavors have a nice amount of citrus coming through. Lots of sweet orange along with some grapefruit. Some fresh grass. Some pineapple in the mix. Some pine needles as well. Some onion and garlic. Solid hop flavors. Nice hop bitterness. Malts do their thing without dominating. Finishes dry for the most part. It drinks big, but the alcohol is ultimately well hidden for the most part. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy and slightly creamy.
This is a nice "West Coast DIPA". Nice hop flavors and hop bitterness. Citra hops seem to shine. It's bold and drinks big. It's enjoyable and fun to drink.

Nearly clear orange pour. Small head that quickly dissapears leaving traces of sticky lacing.
Big pop of catty piss smell. Must be citra. Some mint undertones, pine and sweet malt.
Pretty intense citrus, cat piss and honey malt. Faint pine and onion. Zero alcohol detected.
Mouthfeel is on point for the style. Soft on the palate and dangerously drinkable.
This one grew on me as I drank it. I can see others not liking the strong raw Citra in this one but I actually ended up enjoying it.
