Served in a snifter
This beer pours yellow and turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves little lacing.
The smell is citrus and grapefruit with hints of pine.
It has a great citrus flavor. Grapefruit is in the finish with a little lingering pine.
Medium bodied with a slightly chalky mouthfeel
This is a nice beer. It reminds me of some of Mid-West IPAs only in a hay form.
