Canned on 4/13/21. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a burnt golden with solid clarity and transparency; small white head that fades quickly leaving okay retention and lacing. The aromas are malt forward along with a decent amount of caramel. Some toast, crackers and fresh bread as well. The flavors basically follow the nose. More caramel along with some hints of toffee. More toast and crackers along with some grains. Subtle bitterness to go along with a mild and soft sweetness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol is well hidden. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and slightly sharp.
This is a really nice Bock. It has everything that you'd look for in the style, more or less. The craftsmanship is on point. It's enjoyable and fun to drink. Well done.

Clear amber-gold with surprisingly minimal head.
A light grapey sweetness pairs with toasted graham and even a faint catty yet herbal hop presence.
The crisp medium-light body finishes cleanly semi-dry.
