Hop aboard, grab three chopsticks and get ready to sail the high seas with this crisp and refreshing Japanese Style Rice Lager. Oni Giri is brewed with Callista and Hallertau Blanc hops, our favorite German base malt, and flaked rice, adding floral notes with a hint of melon to the dry finish. Whether you're eating rice balls or cutting demons, Oni Giri is sure to pair beautifully.

I will admit that this sat in my fridge way too long. I had an idea of what it would be like and it seems to be right in there.
It pours like water. Pale yellow with a nifty constant fizz. The aroma is pretty clean and thin. The taste - thinner than the thinnest brew. Subtle. The aftertaste is expectedly clean.
Recommended. I don't know what this style should really be like. I trust they got it right and if its like the Italian one they make, they improved on the real deal with freshness. It's real thin but the clean taste grows on you.

For the style, it’s great and very refreshing. Crisp, dry and highly crushable. It’s a nice change of pace from your typical macro lagers on a hot summer day.
