Big citrus and melon upfront but some nice dank/spice NZesq notes at finish. Actually OJesq opacity but slightly thinner than I’d expect. I think this beer is excellent for the $13 4 pack price tag and one of the best

Pale golden hazy. Typical melon flavors with some funky NZ like hops. A little thin. Underwhelming. Just ok.

Decent NEIPA that features strong mango/melon notes with hints of citrus. It has a somewhat lighter body which in this case works well as it's not overly malted/oated. Bits of dankness come through towards the end. Some grapefruit rind. Low bitterness. This is on the edge of greatness but doesn't quite get there, but it's enjoyable and would drink again

A - Largely opaque golden orange body, white dense head, extensive thin line lacing.
S - At pour, there’s a sharp funky hop note, full of sulfur and dankness, but that blows off to a candied orange and pith beneath.
T - Sour juiciness, a middle that brings softer sweetness, a malt backbone on which to hang the juice and pith that makes up the finish.
M - Moderate weight, soft, with just a touch of dryness in the finish.
O - A pretty delicious NEIPA, built on traditional juiciness, but with some fine West Coast notes that definitely work.

Slightly more than a fingers worth of crisp light khaki colored froth... Decent retention... Color is a moderately hazed pale lemony yellow... Light nose with orange zest and honeydew... Some faint grassy and hay notes as well... Flavor profile is delicate... The fruity notes are missing in action and it takes an a faint earthy character... On the lighter side of medium bodied... Slightly chalky finish with limited carbonation... Decent but u remarkable brew...

I got a 4pck of tall boy cans of this beer from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had fresh pineapple and mango notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

6-1-2023:
I wish we got more new Mastheads. This one was canned ten days ago.
It's hazy, but not a yellow one (a dirty looking one). It looks more like a west coast gone hazy. The aroma is like the big boys - stanky. The taste is a little dry for the style, and that's refreshing. The finish is very clean.
Recommended. This is an extremely drinkable brew. It would be easy to drink more than one so I should avoid these.

I'm not sure where my last observation of "west coast gone hazy" came from. The aroma isn't as stanky either. The taste is - a funky juicy. The mouthfeel subsequently suffers - it isn't clean.

Weakly hazy pale yellow, at least from the can, with a short white head.
A dank, spicy and expressive nose becomes less so on the palate, while still drinkably enjoyable.
