Are we living in a simulation? I don't know, but I do know this beer is a Simcolation. Simcolation is a pure expression of Simcoe with pine, orange and grapefruit notes taking the front seat. Enjoy this double IPA and quit worrying if this whole thing is a simulation.

I bought a 4pck of tall boy cans of this beer from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with slighly bitter tropical citrus fruit medley presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

! PINT can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours a brilliant golden hue and is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
Grapefruit and pine aroma. Very nice resin smell
Grapefruit upfront with some resinous pine. Not overly bitter though
Medium bodied with an oily mouthfeel
Really good. I figured this would be hazy. I was pleasantly surprised with a clear, delicious, north coast IPA. This is Fat Heads good.

A - Medium gold colored pour with moderate dense white creamy lacing and light carbonation.
S - Overall aroma is light medium with sweet grapefruit and light orange on the nose.
T - Sweet juicy grapefruit and orange resin dominate this beer from start to finish.
M - Medium body with mild carbonation.
O - There's ALOT of juicy resin in this beer right now which makes it pretty fantastic. If you have access to it, get it and drink it now. The amount of resin is pretty over the top, was hop oil used in this beer?
