This iteration of The Cleveland Experiment features Fresh Centennial Hops straight from Crosby Hops in the whirlpool and hop back within 24 hours of harvest. We then generously dry hopped with even more Centennial and Centennial CGX Fresh Hops, a new product from Crosby Hops. This yielded a beer bursting with tangerine, resin and that Wet Hop character we all know and love.
