Evolution Chamber #1 has equal parts barleywine aged in a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrel for 21 months, honey oatwine aged in a Stagg Jr bourbon barrel for 20 months, maple wheatwine aged in a Bernheim Wheat Whiskey barrel for 20 months, and Belgian style quadruple aged in a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrel for 12 months.
