When a true Irishman asks you "What's the craic?" a good response is an Irish Style Dry Stout just in time for St. Patrick's Day.

Pours dark brown, almost black. Nice slightly brown-tinted head on it, two to three fingers. It's foamy, leaving some solid lacing. Roasty, malty, chocolate notes on the nose. Taste follows. It's an Irish dry, which isn't the most complicated style; therefore, it tastes as one would expect. It's good and low ABV to boot. Mid in body, well-carbonated, smooth, dry finish, roasty, chocolate notes, coffee bitterness all the way through. This is a very enjoyable, sessionable beer. Perfect for St. Patty's day... in July. Shut up.
