We developed this recipe in collaboration with our friends at De Circus Brouwerij in Belgium. While enjoying their fine ales and lagers, one of the most striking features of their neighborhood was a giant old tank that was converted into a SCUBA diving tank. This beer pays homage one of the most unique landmarks we encountered in Western Belgium.
